Refund and Returns Policy

General Information

At CBDMindLab, we strive to ensure a smooth and timely delivery experience for all our customers. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Please note that we do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays. During periods of high demand, there may be a slight delay in fulfillment. If your shipment is significantly delayed, we will contact you promptly via email or phone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location, the selected shipping method, and package weight. Although we make every effort to dispatch orders swiftly, please allow between 15–21 business days for delivery. Delays may occasionally occur due to customs or courier service schedules.

Shipping Origin

All products are shipped from our primary warehouse located in Cave Junction, Oregon. Orders typically ship within 1–5 days after being placed.

Order Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched. This will include a tracking number so you can monitor the delivery status of your package.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

CBDMindLab is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed during or after shipping. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

CBDMindLab is not liable for packages damaged or lost in transit. If you receive a damaged item, please retain all packaging and contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. For assistance, feel free to contact our support team.

Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy

You may return unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, along with proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. These are non-refundable. If you are issued a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the total.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges only for items that are received defective or damaged. Please reach out to our support team with photographic proof.

Gift Returns

If your item was received as a gift and marked as such during checkout, you may be eligible to receive a store credit or gift certificate for the returned item. If the item was not marked as a gift, any refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Return Instructions

Before returning an item, please email our team at cbdmindlab@gmail.com to request return authorization and receive detailed return instructions.

If you are returning an item valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return.
