How long will delivery take?

Deliveries are subject to the shipping location. We use UPS, USPS or FedEx which can take up to 2-3 days. You can track your order with the tracking number provided with your order confirmation email. Just input the tracking number into the proper field at UPS.

What’s the average shipping time?

When checking out you can either select “flat rate shipping”, “Express shipping” or “Free shipping”.
Using free or flat rate shipping means you have an average shipping time of 3-4 days but paying for express shipping means you get to receive your package in 1 or 2 days with overnight shipping available if order is placed before 4:00pm (PST)

Is it safe to order from your website?

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer discreet global shipping. However, please note that international shipments are subject to local laws, customs regulations, and import restrictions. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure compliance with local laws prior to ordering.

There’s something wrong with my order

We will work quickly to help you resolve any issues you may have. Please provide the following details when contacting us:
– The order number
– The name of the defective product
– Details outlining the issue
Once we have these details we will do our best to help you resolve the issue. If you believe that you have a defective product please contact us with a picture or video that demonstrates the issue with the item within 48 hours of receiving your order so that our team can help! we also issue refunds in the form of points (store credit). Our team may deny claims that are not supported by a video demonstrating the problem.

Am i sure to receive my package after i place my order?

Yes. Once you order from us you can be sure that you’re package will be delivered.

Is my package shipped safely and discreetly?

Our products are wrapped in stealthy packaging completely disguising the product. We then vacuum seal and bubble wrap the contents for maximum discretion, protection, and to seal in the freshness. There is nothing written on the outside of the envelope that would advertise that you are taking magic mushrooms or other psychedelic products so no noisy neighbors would know it is anything other than a regular package from the post office.

Are there any age restrictions to purchase hemp-derived CBD products?

Do you accept returns or offer refunds?
